Family Inspired

While it is a natural instinct to memorialize a life taken too early, traditional memorial websites seem to oversimplify the remembered and underwhelm their viewers.

The design of Family Inspired seeks to demonstrate the active and ongoing influence of the lost loved one as well as to strengthen (forge) the bonds that have formed in the wake of his death. It creates a forum for family members to share life happenings and inspirations in a more active manner. It is built to encourage wandering and repeat visits so that it may become a living entity for the family.

Responsible for site design, page layouts, information architecture, and front-end development (XHTML & CSS).
